Coherence Systems LLC provides AI-native infrastructure for veteran navigation including:

  • GuidonHub veteran navigation platform
  • Reflexivity-OS coordination infrastructure
  • Organization coordination tools and workflows
  • AI-enhanced service matching and routing

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Respect intellectual property rights

Service Availability

  • Services are provided "as is" with reasonable uptime expectations
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice
  • Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability

Payment Terms

  • Veteran access to GuidonHub is free
  • Organization fees are as agreed in individual service contracts
  • Payment is due according to agreed terms
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
IP

Intellectual Property

  • Our AI methodologies and systems remain our proprietary property
  • Client data and insights generated remain the client's property
  • Clients grant us license to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and business data, except as required by law or with explicit consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that State.
